微RNA在脂代谢相关疾病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 血脂是机体重要的储能物质,脂代谢异常是糖尿病及心血管疾病发生发展的危险因素,可致肥胖症、血脂异常、非酒精性脂肪性肝病等多种疾病。近年来,脂代谢异常相关疾病的患病率不断上升,传统生活方式干预及药物治疗存在一定局限性。微RNA(miRNA)是一组很小的非编码基因,可促进或抑制脂肪细胞分化,参与三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇等的生物合成。miRNA与肥胖症、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、TG以及非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关性可能成为脂代谢异常相关疾病的诊断标志及治疗靶点,为预防及治疗提供新的可能性。 Blood lipid is important energy storage material of the body.Abnormal lipid metabolism can cause various diseases,such as obesity,dyslipidemia,and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,which are risk factors for the occurrence and development of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,the incidence of lipid metabolic disorders has been on the rise.The traditional treatment methods are mainly lifestyle interventions and drug therapy,which have certain limitations.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a group of small,non-coding genes that can promote or inhibit the differentiation of adipocytes while participating in the biosynthesis of triacylglycerol(TG),cholesterol,and the like.The correlation of miRNA with obesity,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,TG,and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease suggests that miRNA may be a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for lipid metabolism disorders and thus provide new possibilities for the prevention and treatment.
