Progress in Treatment of Microinflammatory State in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

维持性血液透析(MHD)是目前全球终末期肾脏病患者使用最广泛的血液净化治疗方法,近年来其发展迅速,但并发症居高不下,长期生存率不理想,病死率极高。因此,提高MHD患者的生存率,降低其住院率和病死率成为国内外血液净化工作者研究的热点。以促炎性细胞因子释放为中心的微炎症状态在MHD患者中十分常见,微炎症状态与MHD患者的预后及生存质量密切相关。而早期干预MHD患者的微炎症状态具有重要临床价值,未来靶向抗细胞因子治疗、生活方式干预及透析优化将成为有效的治疗措施。

Maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)is the most widely used method of blood purification in patients with end-stage renal disease in the world.In recent years,it has developed rapidly,but the complications incidience is high,the long-term survival rate is not ideal,and the mortality rate is extremely high.Therefore,improving the survival rate of MHD patients and reducing their hospitalization rate and mortality have become the hotspots at home and abroad.The microinflammatory state centered on the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines is very common in MHD patients.Microinflammatory state is closely related to the prognosis and quality of life of MHD patients.Early intervention of microinflammatory state has great clinical value for MHD patients.Targeted anti-cytokine therapy,lifestyle intervention and dialysis optimization will be effective treatment measures in the future.
