摘要
随着科学技术的发展,电力窃电行为出现高科技手段,呈现出广泛性、多样性的特点,且隐蔽性不断提高,严重阻碍了电力部门窃电检测工作的进行,窃电行为检测的效率低下。针对上述问题,本文建立IEEE-14节点标准配电仿真模型,采用潮流计算方法,模拟用电网络分析窃电时,网络中支路和节点中电压、电流、支路功率以及线路损耗的电气参量变化情况,找到窃电时的数据变化特征。结果表明:电网中电压、电流的变化并不能直接反映窃电行为的发生,但是支路功率以及线路损耗可作为窃电线路的判别指标。
With the development of science and technology, high-technology means have appeared in electric power larceny, which presents the characteristics of universality and diversity. Moreover, the concealment has been continuously improved, which seriously hinders the electric power department from carrying out electric larceny and makes the detection of electric larceny inefficient. In view of the above problems, this paper establishes the IEEE-14 node standard distribution simulation model, and the power flow calculation method is adopted to simulate the changes of voltage, current, branch power and line loss in the branch and node of electric network. The results show that the variation of voltage and current in the grid cannot directly reflect the occurrence of electric larceny, but the branch power and line loss can be used as the discriminant index of electric larceny.
