摘要
对比分析硬性与软性填料对AA-MBBR系统处理生活污水运行效果及菌群多样性的影响。结果表明,在投加比例均为30%的条件下,填加硬性填料的AA-MBBR系统的COD、NH_3-N去除率分别为95.36%、98.39%,比填加软性填料系统分别高出5.84%、7.10%,且出水COD为16 mg/L、NH_3-N为0.5 mg/L;加入硬性填料的AA-MBBR系统中的操作分类单元(OTU)数量为5 527,远高于软性填料系统的1 692,还在硬性填料系统的好氧池中发现了亚硝化单胞菌(Nitrosomonas)的存在。加入硬性填料的AA-MBBR系统对污染物的去除效果要好于软性填料系统,菌群多样性要高于软性填料系统。
The influences of rigid and soft fillers on the operational effect and flora diversity of AA-MBBR systems in the treatment of domestic sewage have been contrasted and analyzed.The results show that when the dosing proportions of the two kinds of fillers are both 30%,the removing rates of COD and NH3-N of AA-MBBR system filled with rigid fillers are 95.36%,98.39%,respectively.It is 5.84%and 7.10%,respectively,higher than that of AA-MMBR system filled with soft fillers,and the effluent COD is 16 mg/L and NH3-N is 0.5 mg/L.The number of OTU(operational taxonomic unit)of AA-MMBR system filled with rigid fillers is 5 527,which is much higher than that of the number 1 692 of AA-MMBR system filled with soft fillers.Furthermore,the existence of Nitrosomonas has been observed in the aerobic pool of the system filler with rigid fillers.The removing effect of the AA-MMBR system filled with rigid fillers on pollutants is better than that of the system filler with soft fillers,and its flora diversity is higher than that of the system filler with soft fillers.
