摘要
呼吸道变应性疾病是常见的呼吸系统疾病,目前在治疗上存在药物依从性差、不良反应多、临床症状反复等诸多问题,因此,寻找更加有效的治疗方案显得尤为重要。细胞治疗是一种通过自体或异体细胞替代、修复或增强受损组织或系统的生物功能方法,间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种多能造血干细胞,其稳定的多向分化潜能早被诸多研究证实,是细胞治疗的理想选择。MSCs还可以通过建立连接调节诸多免疫细胞的活性,在变应性疾病的研究中显示出巨大的发展前景和治疗潜力。
Respiratory allergic disease is a common respiratory disease.At present,there are many problems in the treatment,such as poor drug compliance,adverse reactions,and repeated clinical symptoms.Therefore,it is particularly important to find a more effective treatment.Cell therapy is considered a method of replacing,repairing or enhancing the biological function of a damaged tissue or system by autologous or allogeneic cells.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are a kind of pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells,and their stable potential of multidirectional differentiation has been confirmed by many studies,which is an ideal choice for cell therapy.It can also regulate the activity of many immune cells by establishing connections,showing great development prospect and treatment potential in the research of allergic diseases.
