中药凝胶贴膏的研究进展

中药凝胶贴膏作为临床经皮给药途径的主要药物剂型,相比其他外用剂型具有其独特优势和广阔的发展空间。目前,国内中药凝胶贴膏的相关研究主要集中在基质选择及配比、透皮促进剂、工艺研究和质量评价标准等方面,并取得了较大进展,但现阶段其发展仍存在一些制约因素。未来,国内中药凝胶贴膏的研究应在遵循中医药理论的基础上,将辨证论治和经络理念贯穿始终,并合理引入新技术、新设备和新工艺,从而研发出更加符合患者需求和高质量的中药凝胶贴膏新剂型。

As the main pharmaceutical dosage form for clinical transdermal drug delivery,traditional Chinese medicine gel plaster has its unique advantages and broad development space compared with other external dosage forms.At present,the research of traditional Chinese medicine gel plaster,which mainly focuses on the selection and proportion of matrix,transdermal enhancer,preparation process and quality evaluation standards,has made great progress,though there are still some restrictive factors in its development at this stage.In the future,the research should be based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and we should combine the theory of differentiation of symptoms and signs with the idea of meridians,and introduce new technology,equipment and technology reasonably to develop high quality products to better feed the patient need.
