摘要
少儿图书馆作为公益性文化教育机构和社会公共文化服务阵地,是儿童课外阅读和学习的主要场所,对学校教育起着补充、延伸和深化的作用。图书馆应积极响应儿童优先服务倡议,积极践行儿童优先原则,保障儿童利益最大化。从儿童身心发展特点和利益出发,策划、组织和开展阅读推广活动,鼓励并支持儿童参与图书馆志愿服务等活动,探索小读者参与图书馆决策管理的形式与途径,发挥小读者的主人翁作用。
As a non-profi t cultural education institution and social and public cultural service position,children's library is the main place for children to read and learn after class,and plays a supplementary,extending and deepening role in school education.Libraries should actively respond to the initiative of children's priority service,actively practice the principle of children's priority,and ensure the maximization of children's interests.Proceeding from the characteristics and interests of children's physical and mental development,plan,organize and carry out reading promotion activities,encourage and support children to participate in library volunteer services and other activities,explore forms and ways for young readers to participate in library decision-making management,and give full play to the role of young readers as masters
