高职院校以培养职业技能型人才为主要目的,而实验室又是高职院校实现技能人才培养的重要基地,实验员在实验实训教学和管理中发挥着多重的作用。文章通过分析实验员在实验教学中的各种角色作用,提出实验员应如何为自己进行职业定位,扮演好多重角色,从而促进整个实验室的建设。

Higher vocational colleges are mainly aimed at cultivating vocational and technical talents,and laboratories are also an important base for the development of skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges.Experimenters play multiple important roles in experimental training and management.By analyzing the role of experimenters in experimental teaching,the article proposes how the experimenter should position himself and play multiple roles to promote the construction of the entire laboratory.
