摘要
目的探讨护患比监测指标在人力资源调配中的使用效果。方法应用与软件公司合作开发的信息系统对护患比进行监测来主导人力资源的动态调配,并将动态收集全院护士孕产数据、定期公示人力资源调配情况、人力资源调配纳入护士长考核等措施来加强人力资源的调配。结果主动上报富余人员天数增加,累计调配天数增加,人力资源得到高效利用,各方满意度提高,护理质量保持相对稳定。结论护患比监测值能直观地反映护理工作强度,能更客观的反映医院各病区护理人力资源情况,可作为护理人力资源动态调配的重要科学依据,提高人力资源的使用效率,缓解护士孕产高峰期人力资源相对不足的问题。
Objective:Discuss Nurse-to-patient ratio monitoring index in the use of human resource allocation result.Methods:Monitor the Nurse-to-patient ratio to control the dynamic deployment of human resources by the information system developed in cooperation with a software company.And strengthen the allocation of human resources through collecting maternal dynamic data of nurse,regularly publicizing human resource allocation situation,and the allocation of human resources into the head nurse assessment.Results:Actively report the number of days of surplus staff increase.The total allocation number increases.The effi cient use of the human resources.The satisfaction was improved.The quality of care remain relatively stable.Conclusion:Nurse-to-patient ratio monitoring value can intuitively refl ect the intensity of nursing work.And can objectively refl ect the hospital ward nursing human resources situation.It can be used as a dynamically allocate an important scientifi c basis for nursing human resource.To improve the effi ciency of the use of human resources,and alleviate the shortage of human resources during the peak period of pregnancy.
