分层级培训与考核在护理管理中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究护理人员分层级培训以及考核制度在护理人员管理当中的应用效果。方法:2015年无锡市第五人民医院肺科护理人员未实行分层级培训以及考核制度,而2016开始实行,实行两年后对比实施前后患者、患者家属、医生以及护理人员对护理工作的满意程度,护理人员的理论考核以及实践考核合格率,论文发表、获得市级以上奖项以及参与临床科研项目情况。结果:实施分层级培训以及考核之后,患者、患者家属、医生以及护理人员对护理工作的满意程度都显著提高,护理人员理论考试合格率以及操作考核的合格率显著提高,护理人员论文发表数量、参与临床科研项目的人数以及获得市级以上奖项的人数都显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:护理人员实行分层级培训以及考核,能够提高护理人员的学习积极性主动性,提高患者满意度。 Objective:to explore the application eff ect of hierarchical training and assessment system in nursing staff management.Methods:Pulmonary nursing staff in 2015 in wuxi fi fth people's hospital is not a hierarchical level training and appraisal system,and put into practice in 2016,for two years after the contrast before and after the implementation of patients,patients'families,doctors and nurses'satisfaction to nursing work,nursing assessment theory and practice examination pass rate,paper presented above city-level awards,as well as participation in clinical research projects.Results:after the level of training and assessment,patients,family members,doctors and nurses to the satisfaction of nursing work signifi cantly increased,the rate of theoretical examination of nursing staff and the rate of operation assessment signifi cantly increased,as well as the number of papers published by Nursing staff,The number of people involved in clinical research projects and the number of people who have received prizes in the municipal level have increased signifi cantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:the training and assessment of nursing staff can improve the enthusiasm and initiative of nurses and improve the satisfaction of Patients.
