摘要 目的建立一种血液中10种常见除草剂(百草枯、敌草快、草甘膦、草铵膦、氰草津、莠去津、吡草胺、乙草胺、氯磺隆、甲磺隆)的筛查及定量方法。方法以乙腈-水溶液[V(乙腈)∶V(水)=3∶1]为蛋白沉淀剂,用超高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱法(ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry,UPLC-HRMS)对血液中的10种除草剂进行检测。结果 10种除草剂在各自线性范围内线性关系良好(决定系数R^2≥0.993),回收率为67.4%~111.9%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~10.8%,准确度为85.1%~106.1%,日内精密度为2.7%~13.5%,日间精密度为3.3%~13.3%。结论该方法操作简便、回收率高,可同时对血液中多种除草剂进行快速准确的定性筛选和定量分析。 Objective To develop a method to screen and quantify 10 common herbicides(paraquat,diquat,glyphosate,glufosinate,cyanazine,atrazine,metazachlor,acetochlor,chlorsulfuron,and metsulfuron)in blood.Methods With acetonitrile-water solution[V(acetonitrile)∶V(water)=3∶1]as protein precipitant,10 common herbicides in blood were detected using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-HRMS).Results All the 10 herbicides had good linearity in their linear range(coefficient of determination R2≥0.993),with the recovery rates 67.4%-111.9%,the relative standard deviations 1.5%-10.8%,the accuracies 85.1%-106.1%,intra-day precisions 2.7%-13.5%,and inter-day precisions 3.3%-13.3%.Conclusion This method is easy to operate with high recovery rates.It enables rapid and accurate qualitative screening and quantitative analysis of various herbicides in blood simultaneously.
