摘要 1案例1.1简要案情某年11月1日18:30,韩某在家中与前来讨债的杨某发生争执,韩某的母亲李某(女,79岁)在劝架过程中被推倒在地,出现臀部、下肢稍不适,但神志清楚,言语流利。随后被人搀扶至沙发上休息(坐姿)。
