摘要
改革开放以来,云南各级领导始终高度重视发展少数民族教育,在各种优惠政策、资金投入、设施建设、师资队伍等方面都向少数民族地区倾斜,从而使云南边疆民族地区的教育事业取得了巨大的成就。但由于云南边疆少数民族地区教育基础薄弱,经济社会发展程度低,致使云南边疆少数民族地区教育事业的发展仍然比较落后。因此,在总结改革开放以来云南少数民族教育取得的成就和经验的基础上,结合新时代对发展少数民族教育的目标和要求,分析云南少数民族教育发展存在的问题和困难,提出进一步发展云南少数民族教育的对策和建议。
Since the reform and opening-up,leaders at all levels in Yunnan have always attached great importance to the development of education for ethnic minorities,and have been inclined to minority areas in various preferential policies,capital investment,facilities construction,teaching staff,etc.Therefore,the education in Yunnan frontier ethnic areas has made great achievements.However,due to the weak educational foundation and the low level of economic and social development in the ethnic minority areas in Yunnan,the development of education in the ethnic minority areas in Yunnan border areas is still relatively backward.On the basis of summing up the achievements and experiences of minority education in Yunnan since the reform and opening up,and combining the goals and requirements for the development of minority education in the new era,analyzes the problems and difficulties existing in the development of minority education in Yunnan,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for further development of minority education in Yunnan.
