摘要
以美国图书馆协会就业服务处(ALA Placement Service)建立的图书馆学情报学招聘网站ALA Job List、北美最大的在线网络招聘运营商暨全球流量最大的30个网站之一的Career Builder、全球最大的招聘服务供应商Monster Worldwide等图书馆学情报学专业招聘平台为媒介,从单位类别、岗位类别、基本能力需求、专业技能需求、工作经历需求出发,对美国图书馆学情报学专业招聘需求进行定量与定性分析,并据此提出图书馆学情报学学科人才培养的若干建议。
Based on the recruitment platforms of Library Science such as ALA Job List,Career Builder and Monster Worldwide,this paper starts from the unit categories,job categories,basic ability needs,professional skills needs and work experience needs,makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis about the recruitment requirements of Library Science in the United States,and then puts forward some corresponding suggestions on the talents cultivation of Library Science.
