摘要
为提高项目品质,某项目采用"百年住宅"的标准体系[1],主体结构设计使用年限为一百年,期间需满足耐久性、安全性、适应性、灵活性、可维修性等要求。为实现百年住宅使用期间灵活间隔的要求,户内无剪力墙无柱无梁,需采用各种大跨度结构形式,此时楼盖支座传给剪力墙的平面外弯矩比较大。对剪力墙的平面外受力性能进行了必要的分析和计算,提出了安全、便于操作的设计方法。
In order to improve the quality of the project,the standard system of “Long-Life Sustainable Housing” is adopted in a certain project,and the design life of the main structure is one hundred years,during which the requirements of durability,safety,adaptability,flexibility and maintainability must be met. In order to meet the requirement of flexible partition during the use of residential buildings for a hundred years,there are no shear walls,no columns and no beams in the household. Some kinds of long span structures should be used,and the bending moment of floor transmits to the out-of-plane shear wall is very large. Analysis and calculation of the out-of-plane behavior of the shear wall are carried out,and a safe and convenient design method is put forward.
