摘要
成型方法对水泥稳定再生材料力学性能有着较大的影响。旋转压实成型方法更贴近于施工现场的压实状况,且能够提供足够的压实功,为水泥稳定再生材料的设计提供新的思路。基于数字图像处理技术,研究传统成型方式与旋转压实成型方式的水稳碎石材料的内部均匀性,试验结果表明:试件旋转压实80次的最佳含水量、最大干密度指标与传统击实法的设计结果相对应,但旋转压实试件内部的均匀性较好;当适当增大旋转压实次数时,均匀性会有所提高。
The molding methods have a great impact on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized recycled materials. Rotary compaction molding method is more close to the construction site of the compaction situation,can provide sufficient compaction work for cement stabilized recycled materials to trigger new design ideas. Based on the digital image processing technology,the homogeneity of the internal material of the traditional forming method and the rotating compaction method is studied. The experimental results show that the optimum moisture content and the maximum dry density index of the specimen compacted 80 times are corresponding to the design results of the traditional compaction method,but the homogeneity of the SGC specimen is better. The homogeneity will be increased when the times of gyration compaction are increased properly.
