旧房改造基坑支护技术难点研究

Research on Technical Difficulties of Foundation Pit Support in Old Building Reconstruction

以珠海某项目改造工程为研究对象,简述了旧房改造工程基坑支护工程因用地红线限制无法在基坑外施工作业,且旧地下室楼板不能承受大型设备时,通过对旧基坑及楼板加固、支撑体系转换等技术难点研究,提供了旧房改造基坑支护施工的新思路。

Taking the project in Zhuhai as the research object,briefly describe that the foundation pit supporting project of the old building renovation project can not be constructed outside the foundation pit due to the red line restriction,and the old basement floor can not withstand large-scale equipment,through the study of the technical difficulties of the old foundation pit and floor reinforcement,support system conversion,etc. The new idea of foundation pit support construction for old building reconstruction is put forward.
