基于PTS光栅扫描仪的模具点云获取工艺研究

摘要 模具增材再制造过程中,所得的点云结果常常出现碎片、空洞、噪点以及拼接精度较低等问题,不能满足后期实施增材再制造。从扫描角度、喷涂层数和光强3个方面对优质模具点云的获取作了研究。分别设计4种不同角度、6组喷涂层数以及4组光强的试验,比较相应的标记点识别、对比点云图的完整性以及拼接精度。结果表明,在该试验条件下,平面扫描角度0°、侧面扫描角度58. 1°、喷涂层数7层以及灰度值150所得到的点云拼接精度高,且扫描出的点云噪点较少,点云的完整性良好。 In the process of mold additive remanufacturing,point cloud results often have problems such as debris,voids,noise and low stitching accuracy,which cannot meet the requirements for the implementation of additive remanufacturing in the later stage.This paper studies the acquisition of high-quality mold point clouds in three aspects:scanning angle,number of sprayed layers and light intensity.Four different angles,six spray layers,and four light intensities were designed to compare the number of identified points and compare the integrity of the point cloud and the accuracy of stitching.It was found that the point cloud stitching precision is high,the scanned point cloud noise is less and the integrity of the point cloud is good under the experimental conditions of that 0°of plane scanning angle,58.1°of the side scan angle,7 sprayed layers and 150 of the gray value.
