摘要
本文介绍了解决冷冻虾加工器具的化学清洗方法,经过详细调查,发现了冷冻虾产生臭气的原因。用过氧化氢清洗剂和物理擦洗相结合的方法,彻底清除了解冻箱上的生物膜,收到了良好的清洗效果。
In this paper,the chemical cleaning method of frozen shrimp processing equipment was introduced.After a detailed investigation,the cause why frozen shrimp odored was found.By using the method of combining hydrogen peroxide cleaning agent with physical scrub,the biofilm on the thawing chamber was thoroughly cleared,and good cleaning effect was obtained.
