摘要
410B不锈钢板制作夹管器时,钢带分条后在冲压成形过程中个别产品存在开裂现象,对开裂的缺陷样品进行化学成分检测、宏观和微观检测,确定样品开裂的主要原因,并采取有效措施,预防开裂。
When 410B stainless steel plate is used to make pipe clamps,cracks occur in individual products during stamping process after strip splitting.Chemical composition,macroscopic and microscopic examination of cracked defective samples are carried out to determine the main causes of cracking,and effective measures are taken to prevent cracking.
