摘要
深湾汇云中心项目超高层建筑总高度356.75m,采用巨柱型钢混凝土框架+核心筒结构形式,外框结构2~10层吊挂于11层腰桁架层.采用"顺装法"施工:首先在底层挑空位置设临时支撑,然后自下而上顺次施工外框结构,安装11层腰桁架,最后卸载支撑完成施工.由于"顺装法"施工过程中结构受力工况与设计工况相反,采用MIDAS软件对施工全过程进行仿真分析,确保了施工过程中建筑本身和临时支撑的安全性.
Shenwan Huiyun Center has a super high-rise building with the height of 356.75 meters,in which is compounded with giant steel reinforcement column out-frame and core-tube. The out-frame structure of 2^nd -10^th floor is suspended in the 11^th waist-truss layer. This project uses the “forward loading method” construction,which means to install the support at the 2^nd floor firstly,then install the 2^nd to the 10^th floor from bottom to top, and then install the 11^th waist-truss layer, finally uninstall the support. Because the structural stress conditions and the design conditions are opposite during the construction process,the MIDAS software is used to simulate the whole construction process to ensure the safety of the building itself and temporary support during the construction process.
