处理地下工程废水集成装置设计与效果研究

摘要 以江苏某市三个工程标段地下工程废水为对象,设计了高效处理地下工程废水集成装置,研究了地下工程废水在装置反应器中的变化情况.研究表明:工程一标段集成装置中废水降解过程较缓慢,磷在水解酸化和产酸阶段滞留时间较长,因此磷含量高于其他两个工程标段.三个集成装置中回流液氨态氮含量变化均呈上升趋势,到试验后期NH_3-N含量基本维持在1 100mg/L左右.工程一标段集成装置内CH_4含量在整个试验过程中浓度较低,均小于7%,工程二标段和工程三标段集成装置内CH_4含量在第18周左右达到最大值. Based on the underground engineering wastewater of three engineering sections of a city in Jiangsu Province, an integrated plant for the efficient treatment of underground engineering wastewater was designed,and the variation of underground engineering wastewater in the reactor was studied. Research shows that the wastewater degradation process in the integrated equipment of the first engineering section is slow,and the phosphorus retention time is longer in the hydrolys is acidification and acid production stage, so the phosphorus content is higher than the other two engineering sections. The content of ammonia nitrogen in the reflux liquid in the three integrated devices showed an upward trend,and the NH3-N content in the latter stage was basically maintained at about 1100mg/L. The CH4 content in the integrated equipment of the first engineering section was lower during the whole experiment,which was less than 7%,and which of the other two engineering sections were reached the maximum around the 18th week.
