徐州城市科技创新评价体系实证研究

Empirical analysis of city science and technology innovation evaluation system

在借鉴城市科技创新评价成果的基础上,构建了一套适合城市的科技创新评价体系,并以徐州市为例,分析了徐州市2012年到2016年连续五年的科技创新水平,同时把徐州和江苏其他12个城市的科技创新水平进行了横向比较,分析了徐州市科技创新水平建设状况,最后提出提升徐州科技创新水平的相关对策.

On the basis of the achievements in the city of science and technology innovation,a set of suitable for city science and technology innovation evaluation system is built.Taking Xuzhou city as an example,the Xuzhou city science and technology innovation level from 2012 to 2016 for five consecutive years is analyzed.At the same time,science and technology innovation level has carried on the transverse comparison in Xuzhou and other 12 cities in Jiangsu province.Current situation and level of Xuzhou city construction science and technology innovation is analysis.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures to improve the level of Xuzhou scientific and technological innovation.
