社会治理在国家治理中占据着最重要的一环,社会治理的好坏直接影响着国家和社会的稳定以及人民的幸福生活,任何时候都要把社会治理放在关系国家长治久安的重要位置.党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央逐渐形成了新时代下的社会治理思想.为了更好把握和认识习近平社会治理思想的精髓,打造未来共治共建共享的治理格局,开展了在历史来源、现实需要、个人品质以及价值成果这四个角度深化对习近平社会治理思想的研究,全方位把握了社会治理的新思想,认识到社会治理思想能够推动新时代的社会建设,也是不断与时俱进和符合时代要求的产物.

Social governance occupies the most important part in national governance. The good or bad of social governance directly affects the stability of a country and society and the happy life of the people. Social governance should be placed at an important position in the long-term stability of the country at all times. Since the 18th party Congress, the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has gradually formed the social governance thought under the new era. In order to better grasp and understand the essence of Xi Jinping s social governance thought, and build the future governance pattern of co-governance and co-construction and sharing,this paper deepens the study of Xi Jinping's thought on social governance from the four angles of historical sources,realistic needs,personal qualities and value achievements. It not only shows that the thought of social governance can promote the social construction of the new era, but also shows that it keeps pace with the times and meets the requirements of the times.
