为了进一步强化以文化人工作,明确以文化人的相关载体,为以文化人工作奠定基础,进行了以文化人载体基本类别的分析,分析了相关文化载体的相互融合性、传播方式上的辐射性与渗透性、对人影响的全面性与传承性等特点,指出了强化文化载体建设的基本路径,即以家风、校风与社会风气建设为基础,创新传播形式,注重多载体综合平台建设;以搭建社会实践平台为抓手,以坚定理想信念教育为保障,使文化载体建设真正发挥实效.

In order to further strengthen the work of nurturing people with culture, clarify the relevant carriers,and to lay the foundation for the work of nurturing people with culture,this paper analyzes the basic categories of cultural carriers and figures out the mutual integration between relevant cultural carriers as well as their characteristics of the radiation and permeability of the mode of communication, the comprehensiveness and inheritance of affecting people. This paper points out the basic approach to strengthen the construction of cultural carriers is to base the foundation on the social atmosphere of the family style, school spirit, general mood of society, focus on innovating communication tools, pay attention to the construction of a multi-carrier integrated platform and with the construction of social practice platform as the grasp as well as letting the education of ideal and faith as the guarantee in order to make sure culture carrier construction can play a practical role in promoting the work of educating people.
