综合护理干预对哮喘病患者的护理效果探讨

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Asthma Patients

目的:探讨综合护理干预对哮喘病患者的护理效果。方法:将2016年1月至2017年12月间在我院接受治疗的支气管哮喘急性加重期患者106例纳入课题研究,采用随机对照表法平均分为综合护理组(53例)和对照组(53例),分别接受综合护理干预和常规护理干预,比较两组患者的临床症状评分、住院时间、肺通气功能、生活质量评分、治疗依从性、健康知识得分以及护理满意度。结果:护理后,综合护理组患者的临床症状评分和住院时间均显著低于对照组患者,P <0. 05,差异有统计学意义;护理后,综合护理组患者的肺通气功能、各项生活质量评分、治疗依从性、健康知识得分以及护理满意度显著优于对照组患者,P <0. 05,差异有统计学意义。结论:综合护理干预有利于缓解哮喘病患者的临床症状,提高他们的生活质量,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with asthma. Methods:A total of 106 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study. The patients were randomly divided into the comprehensive nursing group (53 cases) and the control group. 53 patients were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention and another 53 patients were treated routine nursing intervention. The clinical symptom score, hospitalization time, lung ventilation function, quality of life score, treatment compliance, health knowledge score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the clinical symptom score and hospitalization time of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower than those of the control group, P <0.05 and the difference was statistically significant. After nursing, the lung ventilation function, quality of life, treatment adherence, health knowledge scores, nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive nursing group patients were significantly higher than those in the control group, P < 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to alleviate the clinical symptoms of asthma patients and improve their quality of life. It is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
