先秦儒家的政治设计

On the political design of Pre-Qin Confucianism

先秦儒家以"天下为公"为自己的政治设计的价值取向,当是中国传统政治思想宝库的可贵财富。但是其所设计的制度安排包括"为政以德"与"汤武革命",均不足以保证"天下为公"的实现。当代中国果然要实现"天下为公",构建人类命运共同体,深化和推进"坚持以人民为中心"的改革是必然的选择。

The value orientation in the political design of Pre-Qin Confucianism is “one world,one community”,which is the treasure of Chinese traditional political thought.However,the design of the system,which includes “rule by virtue” and “Tang-Wu revolutions”,is not enough to guarantee the realization of “one world,one community”.therefore,it is necessary to establish a political system of checks and balances to realize this political goal in modern China.
