汉儒权说研究述论

A Summary of Studies on Contingency Theory for Confucianism in Han Dynasty

汉儒权说的核心命题是"反经合道"说。学术界围绕这一命题,不仅从经学、哲学、政治、法律以及中西比较等视角作了全方位的发掘和研究,而且还凸显了汉儒权说的思想地位,研究方法也呈现出多样化趋势,可谓成果丰硕。但毋庸讳言,现有研究也存在一些薄弱之处,如与孔孟权说研究相比,汉儒权说研究较为薄弱,尚未建构其思想学术体系,问题意识有待突出,学术视野也有待扩大,等等。

The core proposition of Contingency theory for Confucianism in Han Dynasty is “violating the constant way and conforming righteousness”.Around this proposition,academia has not only made an all-round exploration and research from the perspectives of Confucianism,philosophy,politics,law and the comparison between China and the West,but also highlighted the ideological status of Confucianism in the Han Dynasty.The research methods also show a trend of diversification,which can be said to be fruitful.Needless to say,there are also some weaknesses in the existing research.Compared with the study of Contingency theory on Confucian and Mencius,the study of Contingency theory for Confucianism in Han Dynasty is relatively incomplete.For example,its academic ideological system has not yet been constructed,its questionable consciousness needs to be highlighted,and its academic vision needs to be expanded.
