摘要
为提高加工偏心工件的精度,分析了影响偏心工件车削加工精度的主要因素,提出工件夹具的制作与安装,刀具的选择与磨削,平衡块的配置等改进方案,并对切削过程中的操作要点进行总结。
In order to improve the accuracy of machining eccentric work-pieces, this article analyses the main factors affecting the accuracy of turning eccentric workpieces. Then it presents the schemes for improvement, such as fixture tooling, tool selection and grinding and balancing block configuration. Besides, it summarizes the operation points in the cutting process.
