基于解耦算法轮毂电机偏心故障补偿控制研究

摘要 轻型电动车用外转子永磁同步电机的定转子气隙会随路面激励和载荷而产生形变偏心。偏心导致电机气隙磁感应强度改变,引起磁感应强度径向和切向的不均匀分布,以致加剧电机的转矩波动,影响车辆的舒适性和安全性。现提出一种外加独立补偿绕组方法,基于空间解耦理论,研究补偿电流通入补偿绕组所产生的电磁力与电磁转矩谐波的耦合关系,实现削弱电磁转矩谐波的目的。仿真结果和试验结果表明,此方法对偏心造成的转矩波动有一定抑制效果,对轮毂电机转矩波动抑制具有实际应用价值。 The air gap between stator and rotor of the external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor for a light electric vehicle tends to generate deformation eccentricity in case of road excitation and loading. Eccentricity leads to changes of the magnetic induction intensity in the air gap of the motor, resulting in uneven distribution of the magnetic induction intensity in the radial and tangential directions, which exacerbates torque fluctuation of the motor and affects comfort and safety of the vehicle. Based on the spatial decoupling theory, a method of external independent compensation winding was proposed to study the coupling relationship between the electromagnetic force and the electromagnetic torque harmonics generated by compensating the current passing through the compensation winding, for the sake of weakening electromagnetic torque harmonics. The simulation results and experimental results show that the proposed method can suppress the torque ripple caused by eccentricity, providing practical application value for torque ripple suppression of the hub motor.
