摘要
在进行测井作业时,为了解决大管径连续油管的穿电缆难题,对比常规连续油管穿电缆方式,结合连续油管的应用环境,选用水动力牵引形式将电缆注入盘绕的连续油管中。通过电缆注入方案的研究,开发了电缆注入装置。电缆注入装置由电缆转盘装置、电缆密封系统、电缆记录装置、液压动力控制装置、电缆滚筒组成。现场测试与应用表明:该套连续油管电缆注入装置能满足大管径连续油管穿电缆的要求,无需移动运输滚筒上的连续油管,节省时间,降低劳动强度,安全可靠。
In order to solve the problem of cable mount in large diameter coiled tubing,compared with the conventional method,combined with the coiled tubing application environment,the hydrodynamic traction form was selected to inject the cable into coiled tubing.The cable injection device was developed through the study of the cable injection plan.The cable injection device consists of cable carousel device,cable sealing system,cable recording device,hydraulic power control device and cable drum.The field test and application show that the cable injection device meet the design requirements of cable mounted in large diameter coiled tubing,the coiled tubing movement on the transport roller has been avoided.
