摘要
转子往复摆动的脉冲器从结构上可实现转子快速摆动,载波频率高,调制方式选择空间大。为了适应钻进时地层参数,以及钻井工程参数,例如排量、密度、钻速、转速等,需要改变井下脉冲器工作模式,包括调制方式、运动频率、定转子开合角度、扫频、静默等。工作模式预置在脉冲器控制芯片中,由地面指令下传装置改变管汇中泥浆流量,切换井下脉冲器的工作模式。通过对工作模式的远程切换,可节省钻进辅助时间,提高生产效率。高速率泥浆脉冲器在新疆某井进行了应用试验,对作业过程实时数据的分析表明,模式切换可靠,数据上传速度高。为高速泥浆脉冲器的扩大使用积累了经验。
Swing valve mud pulser rotor swings promptly with high carrier frequency and modulation capability.On the basis of geological conditions and drilling engineering parameter variety during the boring work,including flowrate,density,ROP,RPM,etc,the pulser needs to switch the modulation mode,motion frequency,switching angle of stator and rotor,sweep frequency,initialization of institution position,etc.The pluser work patterns,which were preset in CPU,could be quickly switched to adjust the mud flow in manifold through ground command transmission device.The drilling auxiliary time could be saved by work pattern switching remote control with enhanced productivity in drilling.High rate pulser application test,which was carried out on XINJIANG's well,shows the reliable mode switching and fast data transmission performance.
