抽油泵泵筒与柱塞表面耐磨技术研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 随着油田不断开采,油井含水含砂量逐年增加,抽油泵的工作环境日益恶化。由于摩擦致使抽油泵泵筒与柱塞失效的情况愈加严重,这将严重影响抽油泵泵效及其使用寿命。概述了抽油泵泵筒与柱塞磨损失效原因。总结了当前几种常用的泵筒与柱塞表面防磨减阻的方法。展望了抽油泵泵筒与柱塞耐磨技术的发展方向。提出了将具有耐磨减阻特性的仿生表面应用于抽油泵柱塞的构想。 With increasing water and sand content in the oil well,the working conditions of pump systems is deteriorating and causing more frequent wear failure in pumpjack barrels and plungers,which is seriously affecting the efficiency and service life of pump systems.The reasons and mechanisms of common wear failures in pumpjack barrels and plungers,the recent progress of the wear-resistant technology implemented on the surface of these components have been introduced.The prospective of wear-resistant technology development for the barrel and plunger has also been mentioned with the idea of applying bionic surface for reducing the friction.
