钛石膏与磷石膏固废耦合资源化利用技术进展 被引量:10

摘要 硫酸法钛白粉和湿法磷化工生产过程中,除钛矿和磷矿作为目标产品加工的原料外,硫酸则是其最大的生产原料。因钛磷两类产品中均没有硫酸元素,其参与生产的硫酸资源,钛白粉生产中除部分作为副产硫酸亚铁(绿矾)带走外,其余以废硫酸的形式用石灰中和产生钛石膏作为固体废物进行处置;而磷化工生产中硫酸资源全部与磷矿中的钙作用生成副产物磷石膏作为固体废物进行处置。就钛化工耦合磷化工协同生产,解决和消除钛石膏和磷石膏两大工业固废的生产技术发展问题,进行了适度的讨论;并就笔者多年来在磷化工与钛化工生产中硫资源的资源耦合分级与循环利用的方法和经验进行扼要的介绍,也兼顾介绍了将磷矿中的钙资源取代石灰石原生矿资源多级利用生产建筑胶凝材料的发明专利及方法,借以推动磷化工、钛化工固体废物零排放的全面发展。 Sulfuric acid is the largest raw material in the production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process and phosphoric acid by wet process,besides the titanium ore and phosphorus ore.Because there is no sulphuric acid element in both kinds of titanium dioxide and phosphorus products,the sulphuric acid resources involved in the production of titanium dioxide pig-ments are taken away partially as ferrous sulfate(copperas),a by-product,in the production of titanium dioxide.The other sulfuric acid in the form of waste acid,was neutralized into titanium gypsum by lime and disposed as solid waste.The phosphorous gypsum,which is the by-product of phosphoric acid and calcium in phosphate rock,is treated as solid waste.The coordinated production by coupling titanium and phosphorus chemical industry,and resolving and eliminating two technical development problems of titanium gypsum and phosphogypsum solid waste were discussed.The methods and experiences of coupling classification and recycling of sulfur resources in the production of phosphorus and titanium for many years were briefly introduced.The invention patent and method of making use of calcium instead of limestone primary mineral resources to produce building cementitious materials were also introduced in order to promote the overall development of zero discharge of solid waste from phosphorus-titanium chemical industry.
