四水八硼酸钠的结构及合成机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 以硼砂和硼酸为原料,采用湿法化学合成法制备四水八硼酸钠(Na_2B_8O_(13)·4H_2O)。通过X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电镜(SEM)表征,确认目标产品为无定形的非晶态物质。测试了20℃时该产品与其他钠硼酸盐及硼酸的水中溶解度,结果表明其水溶性优于其他硼酸盐。通过采用红外(IR)和拉曼(Raman)光谱对产品和合成反应后过饱和溶液进行分析,对其振动频率进行归属,预测了四水八硼酸钠中硼氧配阴离子基团的结构及其合成反应机理。 Disodium octaborate tetrahydrate(Na2B8O13·4H2O)was synthesized by wet chemistry method with borax and boric acid as raw materials.The product was characterized by XRD and SEM.Results showed that disodium octaborate tetrahydrate was an amorphous material.The solubilities of the product and other boron compounds as well as boric acid in water at 20℃were tested.Results showed that the water-solubility of it was better than other boron compounds relatively.Then the product and the supersaturated aqueous solution after the reaction were analyzed by IR and Raman spectra and its vibration frequency was also collected to predict the structure of boron oxygen anion group of Na2B8O13·4H2O and the mechanism of the synthesis reaction.
