摘要
为鉴定和分析葡萄全基因组中WRKY家族转录因子基因,利用生物信息学的方法,分析葡萄全基因组WRKY转录因子类型、进化分析、染色体定位、基因结构、保守元件和基因表达模式。结果表明:葡萄全基因组中有56个WRKY转录因子。序列比对和系谱进化表明,分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ三个组,Ⅱ组分为Ⅱ-a、Ⅱ-b、Ⅱ-c、Ⅱ-d和Ⅱ-e五个亚组。染色体定位表明,存在串联复制和分布不均现象,但是在3号染色体上无该家族基因定位。结构域和保守元件分析都说明葡萄WRKY(VvWRKY)家族的WRKY结构域是高度保守的。葡萄叶片中基因表达模式分析表明,VvWRKY家族的部分基因参与非生物胁迫。
In order to identify and analyze WRKY transcription factor family in grape genome,gene classification,phylogenetic analysis,chromosome location,sequence alignment,conserved motif analysis and expression profiles of VvWRKY proteins were analyzed by bioinformatics method.The results showed that there were 56 WRKY genes in the Vitis vinifera genome.Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis showed that they were divided into three main groups(groupⅠ,ⅡandⅢ),with five subgroups(groupⅡ-a,Ⅱ-b,Ⅱ-c,Ⅱ-d andⅡ-e)in groupⅡ.The chromosome localization was found that they were localized in all chromosomes except chromosome 3,and these genes were duplicated and distributed in chromosomes.The WRKY domain analysis demonstrated that the WRKY regions were highly conserved.Expression analysis indicated that the expression levels of most VvWRKY genes were altered in response to abiotic stress response.
