番茄育苗梯度施肥技术

Study on Gradient Fertilization Technology of Tomato Seedlings

摘要 为筛选番茄种子发芽和育苗不同发育阶段适宜的施肥浓度,提高番茄育苗质量,对不同EC浓度条件下,番茄4个发芽指标和胚根、下胚轴和总长度进行了比较研究。结果表明:番茄发芽的适宜范围是EC 1.25~2.00mS·cm^(-1),最佳处理为EC 1.75mS·cm^(-1)。对番茄育苗梯度施肥技术进行了研究,综合比较G值、复合指标茎粗/株高×全株干质量、茎秆硬度、番茄幼苗发育生长过程、发育阶段和生物量。结果表明:番茄幼苗生长发育最适宜的梯度处理是子叶期EC 0.50 mS·cm^(-1)、第1真叶期EC 1.00 mS·cm^(-1)、第2真叶期EC1.25mS·cm^(-1)、第3真叶期EC 1.50mS·cm^(-1)和第4真叶期EC 1.75mS·cm^(-1)。 In order to screen suitable fertilizer concentration for tomato seed germination and seedling growth at different stages and improve the quality of tomato seedling,four germination indices and radicle,hypocotyl and total length of tomato seedlings were compared under different EC concentration.The results showed that the optimum range for tomato germination was EC 1.25-2.00mS·cm^-1,and the optimum treatment was EC 1.75mS·cm^-1.The gradient fertilization technology of tomato seedling was studied.The G value,composite index of strong plant,stem hardness,growth process,development stage and biomass of tomato seedling were compared comprehensively.The results showed that the most suitable gradient treatments for tomato seedling growth and development were EC 0.50mS·cm^-1 in cotyledon stage,EC 1.00mS·cm^-1 in first true leaf stage,EC 1.25mS·cm^-1 in second true leaf stage,EC 1.50mS·cm^-1 in third true leaf stage and EC 1.75mS·cm^-1 in fourth true leaf stage.
