西宁脑山地区不同起垄覆膜方式对菠菜产量及品质的影响

Effect of Different Plastic Film Mulches on the Quality and Yield of Spinach Cultivars in Mountainous Region of Xining

为提高菠菜产量和品质,研究了不同覆膜处理对菠菜产量和品质方面的影响。结果表明:起垄覆黑白膜的处理可以显著提高菠菜的产量、商品率、维生素C和可溶性糖的含量。与对照相比,该处理使菠菜产量提高了20.80%,商品率提高了18.83百分点、维生素C含量和可溶性糖含量分别提高了7.85%和16.67%,降低菠菜硝酸盐的含量,但增加粗纤维含量的作用不明显。

In order to improve the yield and quality of spinach,this experiment studied influence of different plastic film mulches treatments to yield and quality of spinach.The results showed that,treatment of black and white film on ridging may enhance the yield of spinach,commodity rate,the content of vitamin C and soluble reductive suger,respectively,and increased by average of 20.80%,18.83 percentage point,7.85%and 16.67%respectively more than control,reduced content of the nitrate,but it was not obvious to increase content of crude fiber.
