灌溉量对不同种源区黑果枸杞幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Irrigation Volume on Seedling Growth of Lycium ruthenicumfrom Different Provenance

为开展黑果枸杞不同种源在阿拉善左旗的区域优选和适宜灌溉量优化。选择甘肃民勤、新疆库尔勒、内蒙古额济纳旗和青海诺木洪共4个种源区的黑果枸杞一年生幼苗,通过生长期不同灌溉水量的田间控制试验,对比分析了各试验小区生长季土壤含水量、生长季末幼苗存活率及株高、地径和新梢长度等生长指标。结果表明:新疆库尔勒种源区的黑果枸杞在阿拉善左旗的表现优良,可作为大田栽培推广的种源;不同种源区的黑果枸杞,在生长最优目标下的适宜灌溉制度为生长季每隔20d灌溉1次,连续灌溉5次,每次灌水量为870m3·hm^(-2)。

In order to carry out the regional optimization of different provenances of Lycium ruthenicum in Alashan Zuoqi and the optimum irrigation amount.The annual seedlings of Lycium ruthenicum from four provenances of Gansu Minqin,Xinjiang Korla,Inner Mongolia Ejin Banner and Qinghai Nomhon were selected.The soil moisture content,survival rate of seedlings at the end of growing season,plant height,ground diameter and shoot length were compared and analyzed through field control experiments with different irrigation water during growing season.The results showed that Lycium ruthenicum from Korla provenance in Xinjiang had good performance in Alashan Zuoqi and could be used as a source for field cultivation and popularization.Under the optimum growth objective,the suitable irrigation schedule was to irrigate once every 20 days in the growing season and five times continuously,with the irrigation volume of 870 m^3·ha^-1 per time.
