摘要 为了响应国家现代智能化设备发展号召,设计了一种PLC与触摸屏控制技术相结合的三面组合机床实验装置,该装置以步进电机代替传统的液压系统,使滑台实现快进、快退等动作,另外通过软、硬件设计使得实验装置自动化运行更加接近实际工业现场状况,实时观察和控制实验进程等功能。通过该装置设计与应用,不仅可以加深学生对组合机床的认识,而且培养了学生对PLC控制系统的学习兴趣,提高了学生科技创新与动手能力。 In order to respond to the development needs of the country’s modern intelligent equipment, a three-sided combined machine tool experimental device combining PLC and touch screen control technology was designed. This device replaces the traditional hydraulic power with a stepping motor, which enables the slide table to fast forward and rewind. Other actions, in addition to the soft and hardware design, make the experimental device automatic operation closer to the modern industrial site, and the experimental process can be observed and controlled in real time through the touch screen. Through the design and application of the device, it not only can deepen students’ understanding of the combined machine tool, but also cultivate students’ interest in PLC control system learning, and improve students’ technological innovation and hands-on ability.
