摘要 以桥式起重机模块化端梁系列为研究对象,针对桥式起重机模块化端梁加工工艺过程的典型化和工装标准化设计制造加工装备,根据两种不同形式的模块化端梁,运用该装备,实现模块化端梁与轴承室高精度配合,一次装夹完成全部加工工序,从而提高端梁的互换性与通用性,提升端梁加工交检合格率,缩短生产周期,实现大批量生产要求。 Taking the modular end beam series of bridge crane as the research object, aiming at the typical process of the modular end beam processing process of the bridge crane and the standardization design and manufacturing of the tooling, according to two different forms of modular end beams, the equipment is used. Realize high-precision matching of modular end beam and bearing chamber, complete all processing steps in one clamping, thereby improving the interchangeability and versatility of end beams, improving the qualification rate of end beam processing inspection, shortening production cycle and realizing large-scale production requirements.
