This paper introduces the basic structure of the driver controller of CRH5 EMU,introduces the gear distribution and interlocking mode of the LC handle of the driver controller,and analyzes the force and fracture of the limit screw on the LC handle during use.The improvement scheme of LC handle structure is put forward.
