矿用高强度紧凑链立环热挤压成形的工艺研究

摘要 紧凑链是一种以圆环链为平环、锻造环为立环的新型矿用链条,该链条立环无论是几何形状,还是力学性能与普通圆环链都存在较大区别。立环生产厂家采用不通的锻造工艺,制作出的平环、立环采用材质和几何形状也有所不同,各项力学性能相差也较多,特别是耐磨性能和锻造工艺材料利用率。采用热挤压工艺能使平环、立环力学性能、金属纤维走向一致,其工艺简单,并能够有效提升材料利用率。 The compact chain is a new type of mining chain with a circular ring as a flat ring and a forged ring as a vertical ring. The chain vertical ring has a large difference between the geometric shape and the mechanical properties and the ordinary circular chain. The vertical ring manufacturers use the forging process, the flat ring and the vertical ring are made of different materials and geometric shapes, and the mechanical properties are also different, especially the wear resistance and the utilization rate of the forging process materials. The hot extrusion process can make the mechanical properties of the flat ring and the vertical ring and the metal fiber consistent, and the process is simple, and the material utilization rate can be effectively improved.
