摘要
某产品总装线中,通过人工操作进行线束敷设、端接以及设备连接,不同于汽车线束敷设,采用在线束厂完成成品线束后,在汽车上直接敷设、端接的形式。某型号飞机由于结构高度紧凑,线束较多,均是通过机体结构的减轻孔、缝隙来完成线束敷设,从而达到减轻飞机重量、增大舱内结构空间的目的,但伴随的就是增加了敷设过程中人为因素导致差错的可能。利用灰色关联分析法,分析特定差错与各差错成因之间的关联度,分析导致问题发生的原因,并进行改进。
In a product assembly line, wire harness laying, termination and equipment connection are carried out by manual operation. Different from automobile wire harness laying, the wire harness factory is used to complete the finished wire harness and then directly lay and terminate in the car. Due to the high structural rigidity and the large number of wire harnesses of a certain type of aircraft, the wire harness is laid through the relief holes and gaps of the body structure, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the weight of the aircraft and increasing the structural space inside the cabin, but with the addition of the laying process. The human factor causes the possibility of errors. Using the gray correlation analysis method, the correlation between the specific error and the cause of each error is analyzed, and the cause of the problem is analyzed and improved.
