摘要
基于新能源发电间歇性的特征,以适应间歇式新能源发电负荷调峰策略为研究目的,分析负荷弹性对调峰的影响,确定高载能负荷具有时间弹性、容量弹性的特征和调峰潜力。按照长时间尺度负荷对企业用电设备负荷进行调峰能力的重构,并利用转移、连续和中断的方法进行操作,根据调峰需求采用有效的调峰顺序和调峰形式来达到最终的调峰目的。
Based on the intermittent characteristics of new energy generation, in order to adapt to the peak load regulation strategy of intermittent new energy generation load, the effect of load elasticity on peak regulation is analyzed, and the characteristics of time elasticity, capacity elasticity and peak load potential are determined by the high load. The load of electric equipment for enterprise is adjusted according to the long time load. The ability reconfiguration is operated by using transfer, continuing and interrupting. According to the peak demand, the ultimate peak is achieved by effective peak order and peak mode.
