摘要
应用紫外光谱、凝胶电泳法实验探究了3种多核铜槲皮素配合物与DNA的作用形式及对DNA的裂解能力。结果显示,3种配合物对DNA的作用效果强于槲皮素,配合物通过插入、静电、剪切多种形式与DNA作用,具有高效的DNA断裂活性。
In order to study the interaction between three copper quercetin complexes and DNA,and to reveal the DNA cleavage abilities of the complexes,UV spectrometry and gel electrophoresis experiments were processed.The results showed that three complexes have stronger interaction with DNA than quercetin itself.The complexes interact with DNA through insertion,electrostatic interaction and shearing action.All of three complexes show strong DNA cleavage ability.
