非防溢胶边框自动溢胶效果工艺的探索

摘要 为保证层压板的密封绝缘,在光伏组件装框过程中,需要保证溢胶效果。溢胶效果与所用铝边框种类有关。用正面防溢胶槽铝边框,基本可以达到良好的溢胶效果。但在自动线使用非防溢胶槽铝边框时,溢胶效果非常不佳。通过对"非防溢胶边框自动溢胶"工艺的不断摸索,结合实际溢胶效果进行微调,最终设定配方参数:装框台相对升高高度0.9 mm、短边框涂胶速度500 mm/s、长边框涂胶速度480mm/s、气压0.26MPa时,基本实现了自动溢胶效果。 In order to ensure the sealing and insulation of laminates,it is necessary to ensure the glue overflow effect in the packaging process of photovoltaic components.The glue overflow effect is related to the type of aluminium frame used.Aluminum frame with front spill-proof groove can basically achieve good glue overflow effect.But when the aluminium frame with non-overflow groove is used in the automatic line,the overflow effect is very poor.Through the continuous exploration of“automatic glue overflow of glue overflow frame”process and fine-tuning of the actual glue overflow effect,the formula parameters are finally set.The relative elevation of frame mounting platform is 0.9 mm,the glue coating speed of short frame is 500 mm/s,the glue coating speed of long frame is 480 mm/s,and the air pressure is 0.26 MPa.The automatic glue overflow effect is basically realized.
