摘要
甲醇在进行精馏工艺的过程中,提高甲醇质量的常用手段为增大甲醇回流比,减小生产负荷,使精馏塔温度降到允许的最低温度等,这些手段在提高甲醇生产量的同时,也增大了商家的成本,不利于其成本控制。以某保险粉生产公司为例,主要对甲醇精馏工艺中自动控制系统的应用进行研究,并对如何能够在利用最低成本获得最大效益方面进行分析。
In the process of distillation of methanol,the common means to improve the quality of methanol are to increase the reflux ratio of methanol,reduce the production load,and control the temperature of the distillation column to the lowest allowable temperature.These means not only increase the production of methanol,but also increase the cost of the merchants,which is not conducive to their cost control.Taking an insurance powder production company as an example,this paper mainly studies the application of automatic control system in methanol distillation process,and analyses how to obtain the maximum benefit by using the lowest cost.
