This paper expounds the necessity of safety production management in coal chemical industry in the new period,introduces the operation mode of safety production management in coal chemical industry in the new period based on PDCA cycle,and makes a concrete analysis of the application of PDCA cycle theory in safety production of coal chemical engineering projects in the new period and the problems.
