挥发分与灰分对煤吸附CH_4气体性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了对煤炭内挥发分和灰分与煤炭吸收CH_4气体性能之间的关系进行研究,利用一种具有大容量的吸附系统对煤矿井下同一地点的挥发分和灰分的吸附曲线变化情况及其吸附时的常数S1、S2的数值进行测定,最后采用SPSS线性分析软件对其进行汇总分析,分析结果表明:挥发分和灰分不同情况下煤炭的等温吸附曲线满足兰茂尔吸附等温方程,且其含量不同对煤吸附CH_4气体的性能均有显著的影响。当煤样内的挥发分含量不变时吸附常数S1和灰分的含量成正相关,吸附常数S2和灰分的含量成负相关,当煤样内的灰分含量不变时吸附常数S1和挥发分的含量成正相关,吸附常数S2和挥发分的含量成负相关,煤的灰分含量对其吸附常数的影响要大于挥发分含量对吸附常数的影响。 In order to study the relationship between volatile and ash content in coal and the performance of coal in absorbing CH 4 gas,this paper uses a adsorption system with large capacity to study the variation of adsorption curve of volatile and ash at the same place in coal mine and the numerical advancement of S 1 and S 2 constants during adsorption.The results show that the isothermal adsorption curve of coal under different conditions of volatile matter and ash satisfies Lanmauer adsorption isotherm equation,and the different content of coal has significant influence on the adsorption performance of CH 4 gas.When the volatile content of coal sample is constant,the adsorption constant S 1 and ash content are positively correlated,and the adsorption constant S 2 and ash content are negatively correlated.When the ash content of coal sample is constant,the adsorption constant S 1 and volatile content are positively correlated,and the adsorption constant S 2 and volatile content are negatively correlated.The influence of ash content of coal on its adsorption constant is greater than that of the influence of volatile content on its adsorption constant.
